The Rainbow Guide project was created in 2023 by the team at Choice Wellbeing Service. As parent carers we often thought about what we could have benefitted from when we were given diagnosis for our children, but more importantly what we could do with now.
The answer for us was a go to guide for the organisations in Sunderland that was easy to read, simple, and told us exactly what these organisations do, but more importantly, what they DON'T do.
So, we are proud to share with you our rainbow guide, that even as we speak has pages being added to it, organisations jumping on board, and being shared in most organisations near you.
